Planning and Zoning Board Meeting Tonight
As you may know, the proposal to develop the Equestrian Preserve went before the Zoning Board last month, but the hearing was rescheduled at the last minute because the application was incomplete. The developers are pushing to have the Planning and Zoning Board approve the proposal anyway tomorrow night. We need to speak up to oppose this application before it gets any closer to happening.

The Preserve is what makes Wellington a unique, family-friendly place to live, and enables our equestrian community to thrive. We cannot afford to lose that, especially for the benefit of one developer.
